Assessments
PTI have staff with many years experience and is able to undertake the following kinds of assessments:

PTI provides accommodation and support:
2 hours support with 24 hours on-call (additional hours can be requested if necessary)
Accommodation available:
1 bed/Studio Flats/ Shared accommodation– Tailor made packages.
Tenancy Support
It is well documented that many young people move into their own accommodation they often lose it because they are unable to cope. PTI can assist young people and families in difficulties to hold on to their tenancies.
Outreach Support
PTI can provide outreach support to:

Young People living in their own accommodation
Lone Mothers
Lone Fathers
Teen Parents
Families with Children

Mother/Father Children and Baby Semi-Independent Living Assessments
This is another option to the conventional mother and baby placement. PTI can offer a more hands-on parenting skills-based approach. We work within the comprehensive assessment frame work from a behaviour modification perspective.
PTI can provide placements for parents who are separated from their children and who may be involved in care proceedings.

Encourage parents to understand the relevance of giving information to assist in the preparation of
the Form E.
Even if the outcome of the care proceeding is that parents are separated from their child; PTI can work with the parents to help them rebuild their own lives.
